Mini Session Example

MINI SESSION TERMS • $325.00 due at booking to reserve your time. • Session length: 20 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late arrivals will shorten your session to keep the day on schedule. • Photos will be delivered within 3-4 weeks via online gallery. • One free reschedule if requested at least 72 hours before your session (subject to availability). • Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit payment. No-shows forfeit the session and payment. • For outdoor sessions, photographer may postpone due to unsafe weather (heavy rain, lightning, high winds). You'll receive a credit valid for 6 months if you can't attend the backup date. • Personal use license granted upon full payment. Commercial use requires separate license. No third-party edits or filter applications. • By booking, you grant permission for images to be used in photographer's portfolio, website, and social media. To opt out, email photographer directly. • Photographer liability is limited to rescheduling or refund of fees paid in the event of equipment failure or inability to perform.
