MiniShoots provides booking and payment technology services. We are NOT a party to any service agreement between you and your photographer. All photography services, session policies, and delivery are the sole responsibility of your photographer.
When you book a photography session through MiniShoots, you're entering into an agreement directly with your photographer. MiniShoots is a booking and payment facilitation platform only - we connect you with photographers and process payments on their behalf, but we are not a party to your service agreement.
Important: Your payment goes directly to your photographer. The session terms, refund policies, and cancellation rules are set by your photographer - not by MiniShoots. By completing your booking, you agree to your photographer's specific terms for this session.

Your Terms Are Saved: The specific terms you agreed to when booking are permanently recorded with your booking. You can view them anytime from your booking confirmation page.
Need to change your appointment? No problem. MiniShoots makes rescheduling easy:
Reschedule freely using the link in your confirmation email. No fees, no questions asked.
Self-service rescheduling is disabled. Contact your photographer directly to discuss options.
How to Reschedule: Open your confirmation email and click "Manage Booking" or "Reschedule." Select a new date and time from available slots.
Refund eligibility is determined by your photographer's cancellation policy. The policy that applies to your booking was displayed when you made your reservation. All refund requests must be made through your photographer.

If your photographer cancels your session for any reason, you will receive a full refund automatically. This applies regardless of how close to your session the cancellation occurs.
