How We Collect SMS Consent
Users must explicitly opt-in to receive text messages by checking a consent checkbox on our forms. We never send unsolicited SMS messages.

How to Opt Out
Users can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message
- Unchecking SMS preferences in their account settings
- Contacting the photographer directly
Compliance
MiniShoots is committed to TCPA compliance and industry best practices:
- We only send SMS to users who have explicitly opted in
- All consent is recorded with timestamp and IP address
- We honor all opt-out requests immediately
- We include opt-out instructions in every message
- Message frequency is limited to essential communications only
