We want you to be completely satisfied with MiniShoots. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

2. Web Subscription Refunds (Paddle)

Web subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing and refund requests for web purchases.

3. Starter Plan (Free)

The Starter plan is free to use with no subscription fee. The 3.9% commission per booking is a transaction fee and is not refundable once a client payment is processed.

4. iOS In-App Purchase Refunds

Pro subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are managed by Apple. To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your MiniShoots subscription purchase
  4. Select "Request a refund"
  5. Choose a reason and submit

Apple determines refund eligibility according to their policies. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after Apple approval.

5. Client Session Booking Refunds

Important: Refunds for photography session bookings are managed by individual photographers, not by MiniShoots. Each photographer sets their own refund and cancellation policies.

When a client books a photography session through MiniShoots:

To request a refund for a photography session, contact the photographer directly using the contact information in your booking confirmation email.
